WHY NOT CELEBRATE THE CORONATION OF KING CHARLES III  WITH CAVIAR ?

Par Margaret Kemp

To celebrate the Coronation of King Charles on May 6th, 2023, Caviar House & Prunier launches an exclusive “His Majesty’s Menu” at the prestigious Piccadilly, London flagship restaurant from May 1st available for the entire month.

Designed to commemorate all things royal and regal, the impressive menu consists of three exquisite courses, including a crystal flute of the finest brut champagne - a loyal toast to His Majesty the King.

His Majesty’s Menu begins with: Three succulent oysters served with a classic vinaigrette, followed by the much loved iconic Tsarina – a lightly toasted giant blini topped with BALIK salmon, crème fraiche, and 10g of His Majesty’s Fine Caviar.

Dessert showcases the luscious Caviar House & Prunier “Sorbet & Caviar”. You’ll love the perfect mix of sweet and savoury, this modern dish combines a generous scoop of refreshing lemon sorbet topped with His Majesty’s Fine Caviar alongside an optional vodka shot sprinkled over the top. (£99 per person)

If you are celebrating chez vous, Caviar House & Prunier suggest the limited edition His Majesty’s Fine Caviar – a collectible tin of Prunier caviar emblazoned with the Union Jack, the iconic red, white and blue national flag of the UK.

Just launched, the Coronation Edition contains Saint James, the original Prunier caviar, introduced in 1932 at the grand opening of Prunier Restaurant on St. James Street, London. This unique caviar has a long and romantic history with London and has graced the taste buds and palates of Prunier’s noble clientele, Kings, Queens, and heads of state, regular guests at this iconic venue.

The quintessence of the Prunier caviar range, Saint James has been historically produced with the same exclusive technique resulting in a very large grain, racy, caviar with iodine. Full-bodied, it has a very long in-mouth finish, similar to the Caspian Sea Osciètre caviar with its incredible variety of aromas and density of taste.

Priced from £90 (for 30g), this exclusive item is available online and in-store (at restaurants and airport seafood bars). See you there!
